Displaying the American Flag in a beadwork band across the back of the hand, these brown leather gloves are named for the highest mountain in Grand Teton National Park. Located in Northwest Wyoming, Grand Teton is the centerpiece of the park and one of the more prominent and recognizable mountains in the US.
Astis leather gloves are hand-sewn in the USA from high-quality black suede leather with hand-stitched beadwork on the wrist and are lined with Polartec® High Loft insulation. Working directly with a tannery in the USA, we developed a suede leather, injected with silicone during the tanning process for further waterproofing, that is extremely durable yet retains great dexterity.
As each leather glove is hand-sewn and uses natural materials, each leather mitten will possess slight variation in the look of the leather and beadwork. Astis embraces these subtle differences and views them as unique gloves more akin to works of art.
