Exchanges and Returns
NOTE: The Astis office will be closed the week of January 24th and will be returning to regular business hours, Tuesday, February 1st.
Thank you for your patience as we continue to refine our safety procedures. Returns and exchanges are being accepted, but please expect delays due to staffing and safety requirements.
Our products are exchangeable and returnable, provided they are returned unused and in the same condition as shipped. Products are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date and require proof of purchase.
To initiate the return or exchange process, please send one email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com with your order info and please specify whether you want to return or exchange your product and the reason. If you want to exchange it, please specify what you would like in exchange. If the product is defective, please let us know what is wrong with it. Thank you.
