Exchanges and Returns

Our products are exchangeable and returnable, provided they are returned unused and in the same condition as shipped.  Products are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date and require proof of purchase. 

To initiate the return or exchange process, please send an email with the order number in the subject line to support@astis.com with your order info and please specify whether you want to return or exchange your product and the reason.  If you want to exchange it, please specify what you would like in exchange.  If the product is defective, please let us know what is wrong with it. 

The cost to get the product back to Astis is the responsibility of the consumer.

Please be aware that due to the use of natural materials and hand-sewn craftsmanship, every Astis leather mitten is inherently unique. Variations in leather, beadwork, and fur are distinctive signature of each individual piece. We celebrate these differences as a testament to the authentic, artisanal nature of our products.

UPDATE TO EXCHANGES: As our inventory is extremely limited and constantly changing it is best to return for a refund and make a separate purchase rather than exchange.  We have been selling out of requests between the time it is shipped and when we receive it.
